The Opportunity: SAMI Micro-Internship 🏅

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro-Internship Program offers athletes a chance to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an intern, you'll contribute to business-critical initiatives, learn from top talent, and potentially shape our future.

About the Role: Design Program Management Intern 🧑‍💻

This internship within Adobe Design focuses on the Creative Cloud—the suite of professional creative products you know and love (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). You'll learn how design drives innovation in a large, multi-disciplinary organization.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, researchers, and prototypers.
• Manage competing priorities and needs across your team.
• Define requirements and goals.
• Prioritize design and development tasks with multiple dependencies.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Communicate project and program status effectively.

What We're Looking For ✨

• Must be a student-athlete: Currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport at a U.S.-based accredited college or university, with a target graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
• Project Leadership Interest/Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in leading projects, showcasing a strong organizational approach.
• Design Operations Interest: Enthusiasm for design operations and working within a creative team.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with diverse partners.
• Full-Time Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time internship between May and September.
