Cloudinary, a leading provider of image and video management solutions, is seeking a driven and passionate Account Director to join our team! We're a $120M+ ARR company serving 10,000 businesses, from Shopify stores to global brands like Nike. This is a remote role, open to candidates across North America.


πŸš€Β About the Role:


As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our most strategic clients, driving growth and retention across our product suite. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


🎯 Responsibilities:


  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
  • Understand client objectives and challenges to effectively position Cloudinary's solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices.
  • Monitor client performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

πŸ’ͺΒ What We're Looking For:


  • 10+ yearsΒ experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS account management and sales.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (as needed).
