The Role: What You'll DoΒ π―
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, primarily focusing on contracts with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Support the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding for new and expanding clients.
- Participate in broker educational events and open enrollment meetings.
- Provide timely and accurate data reports to clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients (phone, email, in-person) to monitor service and identify improvement areas.
- Introduce new product offerings to clients.
- Advise clients on regulatory matters affecting their plans.
- Represent the company at client, industry, and professional events.
- Help resolve escalated group/member issues.
- Maintain professional and positive interactions internally and externally.
- Coordinate reporting and auditing requirements for clients.
What We're Looking ForΒ π
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management and/or Contract Management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts.

Extensive experience in the dental or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and DHCS requirements.
- Proven project management skills to handle complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented approach to service delivery.
- Dental industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Data analysis skills.
- Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Strategic marketing experience is a plus.

Fully Remote (California, USA)Β β Must reside in California.

Base Salary:Β $120,000 - $150,000 (This range reflects the full base salary; hiring at the maximum is not typical to allow for future growth). Final compensation will be determined based on location, skills, education, and experience, considering internal equity.
