Job Description

This role is for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, suited for those who want control over their time and income.

What You’ll Do

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and make transactions simpler.
  • Close deals and earn an activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with full support and training.

You Are

  • A natural communicator and closer.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and focused on goals.
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar is preferred).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess the ability to find leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Location

  • You can work fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region.

Compensation Details

  • Compensation for this position offers health benefits, 401K match, and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
