What You'll Do

  • Partner with the seasoned Application Consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos.
  • Provide expert technical sales support.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date on product capabilities, integrating technical advancements into presentations for users.
  • Introduce HCM/WFM products and services to decision-makers and end-users in your territory.
  • Identify opportunities and craft sales and marketing proposals based on customers' technical needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
  • 3-5 years of successful experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions.

Nice-to-Have

  • Highly reference-able customer base with a high customer retention rate (96% for our hosted SaaS solution).
  • Strong Sales Operations and Legal teams to expedite contract processing and closure.
  • Award-winning solutions in HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time & Attendance, consistently outperforming competitors.
  • A software-as-a-service solution for businesses leveraging SaaS benefits.
  • Award-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams, known for fast customer onboarding.

Travel Requirements ✈️ 50-75%

Compensation & BenefitsΒ πŸ’° The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $100,000 annually. Compensation can vary based on your skills, experience, knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards.
