Role Overview

As an Account Executive (DACH), you will be on the front lines of Libra’s growth. You will drive adoption among small and mid-sized law firms as well as lean in-house legal teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced pipeline, running the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

You will work closely with our Legal Engineering and Customer Success teams to adjust Libra’s AI solutions to each client’s unique workflows, making sure every new customer sees an immediate effect. This role is right for someone who is hands-on, commercially driven, and excited to sell a product that is truly changing the way legal work gets done.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and lower mid-market customers, from discovery to demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Handle a steady flow of inbound leads while actively finding new opportunities through outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ problems, daily workflows, and legal processes.
  • Work with Legal Engineering to give custom demos and help prospects see real-world AI uses.
  • Keep accurate pipeline management and forecasting in our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets.
  • Work across teams with Marketing and Customer Success to make messaging better and make sure onboarding goes smoothly.
  • Help improve and grow our SMB sales process by giving feedback and ideas for process changes.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services, ideally selling to SMB or mid-sized clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with legal professionals and business stakeholders.
  • Structured and proactive. You know how to manage your pipeline and close deals efficiently.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and how they are changing the legal profession.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • A collaborative mindset. You do well in cross-functional teams and fast-moving settings.
  • Ambition, drive, and the desire to build something from the start.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • A legal background (law degree, firm experience, or legal tech exposure) is a plus, especially if you want to move from practicing law to helping others change it.
