Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, strategic Account Executive ready to speed up their sales career at the front of the creator economy. This is where influencer marketing is changing how people find, connect with, and buy from brands.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to brands dealing with this change. You will own the sales process from a qualified lead to closing the deal. You will work with our BDR and Client Services teams to make sure the experience is smooth and has a good effect, meeting our business goals. This is not just another sales job.   • Strategic seller: You ask smart questions, listen closely, and adjust your pitch to fit the brand’s goals. You focus on solving problems and always think about what will make a difference.

  • Influencer marketing insight: You can speak confidently about creators, content, campaign structure, and return on investment. You know what makes a campaign successful and can explain it clearly to clients.
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial: You do well in fast-moving settings and constantly look for new ways to make performance more effective.
  • Results-driven and accountable: You take charge of your pipeline. You know your numbers and consistently work your pipeline toward success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Work with our BDR, who manages incoming leads and books discovery calls, to keep a strong pipeline.
  • Give compelling product demonstrations that go beyond features, connecting platform abilities to strategic effect.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brands, finding out their influencer marketing goals and guiding them to the right mix of strategy and support.
  • Bring structure to lead qualification, using a framework like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to find opportunities with high potential and focus efforts where they will make the most difference.
  • Keep pipeline tracking and forecasting accurate, consistently meeting or going over your sales targets.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to make sure the move from sales to onboarding is smooth.
  • Know the product completely, so every conversation gives another reason to choose Creator.
  • Stay informed about trends in influencer marketing, user-generated content, and content strategy, bringing ideas into every client conversation to add value and build trust.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling marketing technology, influencer marketing platforms, or related services.
  • A proven history of meeting or going over sales targets in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and the creator economy, or a clear desire to quickly gain expertise.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead qualification to close, focusing on selling through consultation and solution-based methods.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, comfortable talking with C-level and marketing decision-makers.
  • Ability to work across teams with BDR, marketing, client services, and product groups.
  • Very organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, including knowing how to use CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to do well in a fast-moving, changing startup setting.

Salary

We offer a starting salary of $75,000 to $85,000 CAD plus commission. Total pay includes salary, commission, performance bonuses, benefits, and extra perks.
