Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, act as the main contact person, and organize internal support when needed.
- Give convincing talks and product demonstrations to important clients and explain the full Tebex offering to new customers.
- Do market research and look at what competitors are doing to find new chances in the gaming sector.
- Build engaging plans for talking with potential clients.
- Find, bring on board, and manage important partners and clients.
- Develop and carry out go-to-market plans.
- Give information and analysis about the market, finding key chances for growth.
- Go to local conferences and events for Tebex/Overwolf.
- Build and keep up strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Keep the CRM accurate by properly recording calls, actions, and progress.
- Represent Overwolf at local events and support regional business development efforts.
- Support the company’s local business needs as needed.
- Tame your own dire wolf and ride it into battle.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven history of success in payments and achieving high results.
- Strong skills in mentoring and coaching, with a strong desire to help others grow and a commitment to sharing knowledge.
- High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, representing Tebex and Overwolf well.
- A team player who is willing to agree with group decisions and help reach shared goals.
- Strong abilities in personal interaction and networking, able to create chances and build lasting relationships across the gaming world.
- Open to feedback and dedicated to always getting better personally and professionally.
