As an Account Executive, you'll help customers master our Global HR Platform, answering questions and showing them how to maximize our products. You'll be a key player in shaping the future of global employment. We offer a fair price guarantee and prioritize transparency.


Requirements 💪


  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
  • Experience: Multiple years of successful experience as an Account Executive (hunter profile). Proven ability to build your own pipeline via self-sourcing (emails, cold calls, etc.).
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities. Skill in building client trust and acting as an advisor. Ability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus). HR industry experience is a bonus.
  • Experience Level: At least 5 years of sales experience. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients is highly recommended.

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, supporting them from sale to successful implementation.
  • Understand and address the unique communication needs of mid-sized businesses.
  • Proactively prospect in the French market, targeting fast-growing companies.
  • Collaborate with other Remote teams to ensure client success.

  • Location: Anywhere in the EMEA timezone.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: $59,700 - $149,300 USD (based on location, experience, and skills). Our salary ranges are wide to account for geographic pay differentials in our global workforce.
