Responsibilities

  • Sell B2B Freight Services to businesses across North America.
  • Focus sales efforts primarily on Shipping Managers and Business Owners.
  • Conduct 90% New Business Development initially, shifting to 50% New Business Development and 50% Account Management long-term.
  • Perform 100% prospecting and cold calling to generate new business at the start.
  • Manage accounts with strong potential for repeat business.
  • Provide a one-stop shipping solution for B2B transportation needs.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience selling similar 3PL logistics services.
  • Experience in B2B cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Possess a "Hunter" mentality with experience building a territory from scratch.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone skills.
  • Above-average computer skills and experience in digital prospecting.
  • Ability to work with customers ranging from single annual orders to over 100 orders.
  • Comfortable with a short sales cycle and strong opportunity for repeat business.
  • No overnight travel required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • A Business Degree is an asset.
  • French language skills are an asset.

Salary

  • $65,000 to $75,000 Base Salary.
  • Competitive, uncapped residual commissions.
  • Top performer earnings reach $400,000 and are still growing.

Location

  • Head Office is in North York, ON.
  • This is primarily a work-from-home position.
  • Some office work is required during training.
  • Sales Territory includes local (GTA), Regional, National, and International (USA).
