Job Description

Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for finding chances and helping clients succeed? As an Account Executive II, you will play a key part in driving growth by building new business relationships, creating strategic proposals, and guiding clients through the whole sales process—from the first talk to a long-term partnership.

This is an exciting chance for a results-focused sales professional who does well in a fast-paced setting, loves creating solutions that make a difference, and wants to grow with a team that values working together, honesty, and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and carry out a territory plan and detailed business strategies to meet or go past your sales goals and quotas.
  • Manage the whole sales process—from finding leads and qualifying them to negotiating and closing.
  • Find and go after new chances through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and giving them custom solutions.
  • Give engaging product presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Give great support after the sale to make sure clients are happy and stay loyal for the long term.
  • Work across teams to share market feedback and drive improvements focused on the customer.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related professional experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven success in sales, preferably in solution-based or B2B settings.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred).
  • Strong skills in personal interaction and communication—you know how to connect and build trust.
  • Excellent skills in organizing, handling many tasks, and managing time.
  • An active mindset and the ability to work alone while doing well as part of a team.
  • Resilience, accountability, and a drive to meet (and go past) targets.

Salary

The on-target earnings for this job are $119,200 to $173,900. Where you fall in the pay range depends on how you show the traits and skills needed for the job. We mostly keep the higher half of our pay ranges for internal growth.
