The Role: 🤩

As an Account Executive, you'll be a key player in our sales team, focusing on retail insurance agents and brokers in the Midwest. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our growth!

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and close sales of premium finance and digital payment services.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and meeting needs.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and brokers through regular interaction.
  • Create and maintain effective sales strategies for agency channels.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through various communication methods (in-person, phone, email, virtual).
  • Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and technology.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to solve client challenges and identify new opportunities.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through training.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must reside in the Chicago, Detroit, or Milwaukee area. (This is a high-travel role within this territory.)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 5+ years of business development experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM applications (HubSpot preferred, or ability to learn quickly).
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
