The Role: 🤩
As an Account Executive, you'll be a key player in our sales team, focusing on retail insurance agents and brokers in the Midwest. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our growth!
What You'll Do:
- Develop and close sales of premium finance and digital payment services.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and meeting needs.
- Build strong relationships with agents and brokers through regular interaction.
- Create and maintain effective sales strategies for agency channels.
- Maintain positive client relationships through various communication methods (in-person, phone, email, virtual).
- Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and technology.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to solve client challenges and identify new opportunities.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through training.
What We're Looking For:
- Must reside in the Chicago, Detroit, or Milwaukee area. (This is a high-travel role within this territory.)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 5+ years of business development experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM applications (HubSpot preferred, or ability to learn quickly).
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.

- Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year (bi-weekly pay) plus unlimited commission!
