The Role
We are growing and looking for a talented hunter Account Executive to join our US-based team calling on the top 20 banks in Latin America. You will work closely with Personetics’ leadership to strategically enter new accounts, manage existing clients, and win new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be a hunter. Drive new and existing customer growth in the largest banks in the top 2 major markets in Latin America: Brazil and Mexico.
- Earn trust and direct messaging relationships with executives at the top 20 banks.
- Listen to customer strategic initiatives, understand the business environment, and position Personetics as critical to reaching customer goals.
- Create new opportunities and appointments through your outbound activity and managing inbound leads.
- Execute lead qualification, opportunity development, and accurate forecasting.
- Drive and raise the standards for all sales and marketing functions as it relates to company business.
- Deliver market information and strategic suggestions to Personetics in pursuit of winning new business.
- Assist current clients as needed.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of selling enterprise software, Customer Relationship Management, or Digital Marketing Tools.
- Be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Experience in selling to financial services companies (Top 20 banks in Latin America).
- Technology background and experience in financial software and services.
- Ability to understand financial services, digital marketing, and or digital advertising business processes.
- Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals.
- Highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent listening and phone skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to Line of Business or technical audiences.
