About This Position
We are growing our proven Oil & Gas AI Software Platform division and looking for Account Executives to expand our direct customer base in key regions. This is a high-effect revenue role. You will own a group of strategic oil & gas accounts, drive the adoption of our AI O&G Software Platform, and consistently meet ambitious revenue targets.
Your Tasks
- Drive new business sales with high-value Oil & Gas end users identified as strategic for our AI Software solution.
- Build relationships across executive, commercial, technical, legal, and procurement people.
- Lead the entire sales process: discovery, solution design, showing business value, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and carry out regional Go-To-Market plans to speed up pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Build and keep up a strong, predictable pipeline, using both inbound and outbound leads.
- Work together internally (e.g., with Customer Success and Product teams) to make sure adoption is successful and customers see measurable results.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts in addition to revenue reporting.
- Create repeatable sales methods to spread success across accounts and regions.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with technical products.
- A record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas by finding new business and growing enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including getting executive agreement and handling commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing contracting and procurement processes in large enterprises.
- Strong ability to explain the business value of AI-driven platforms to technical and commercial audiences.
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and capable of building processes in a growing environment.
- Regional knowledge with a willingness to travel to meet key decision-makers.
- High skill in spoken and written English and French.
