The Role 💼
As an Account Executive, you'll focus on acquiring new clients in the French mid-market. You'll be part of a high-achieving team, taking ownership of the sales process from demo to close. This includes:
- Responding to RFPs
- Networking with HR and training decision-makers
- Developing winning sales strategies
- Accurate reporting and forecasting

Responsibilities 🎯

Month 1: Team integration, product familiarization, onboarding completion.

Month 3: Conducting product demos, accurate reporting, pipeline building, closing your first deal.

Month 6: Building a strong network of HR contacts, managing inbound leads, developing new account opportunities, exceeding quarterly targets.

Month 12: Handling complex deals, becoming a platform expert, contributing to sales playbook improvements, participating in internal projects.
What We're Looking For 🤔
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience or strong strategy consulting background.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling software demos.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
- Excellent active listening and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of HR culture (a plus).
- Native-level French and proficient English (B2 or equivalent).
