Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to make sure clients achieve their business objectives.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Present products or services in a compelling way.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to onboarding and account management.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, industry, and challenges to tailor solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Maintain and expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to make sure of smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals.
- Respond to RFPs.
- Track all client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
