Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to make sure clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Present products or services in a compelling way.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to onboarding and account management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, industry, and challenges to tailor solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain and expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to make sure of smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Respond to RFPs.
  • Track all client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
