Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process to make sure of delivery against metrics.
- Reach out to brands via personalized outreach through emails, calls, and other mediums.
- Work with your dedicated BDR to generate and qualify leads through the outbound process.
- Work alongside dedicated outbound sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings.
- Create narratives for sales campaigns based on market research and sales engagement metrics.
- Engage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level at SMB and Mid-market ecommerce companies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce, making sure of data hygiene.
- Understand data to create sales forecasts accurately, knowing what to work on and where to use support to close business.
Requirements
- Candidates who have 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in Martech/Ecommerce field.
- Strategic individuals with previous Start-up experience (essential).
- Working experience using salesforce.com or other CRM and tools like outreach.io.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companyโs sales goals.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, suggestions, and drive actions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and building out a team of BDRs across mid-market and SMB sales.
- The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Location
Remote, Work from home. Monday-Friday, 9 am - 7 pm (EST or PST preferred).
