The RoleΒ πΌ
- Develop and execute sales strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Development, peers, and the Sales Manager.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, validation, and closing.
- Analyze customer needs to understand requirements and optimize our product.
- Provide excellent customer experience, ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Represent the Doctoralia brand and its values.
What We're Looking ForΒ π€

Must-haves:Β 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, a passion for sales and new technologies, strong communication and active listening skills, ability to adapt to different communication styles, attention to detail, proactive and independent work ethic, teamwork skills, results-oriented approach, fluency in written and spoken Spanish, CRM knowledge.
