About the Role
The Small Retail Placement Sales team is looking for a motivated professional for the role of Account Executive. In this role, the candidate is expected to proactively look for and develop leads and find sales opportunities within retail markets channels. Prospective candidates must be able to explain the PAI value proposition for key solutions, effectively develop and manage a pipeline, and work with internal resources to create high-quality proposals and solution recommendations. The candidate must show excellent presentation and communication skills and have experience finding and closing deals with large, high-profile retail accounts. You will work in a fast-paced, changing, and demanding environment and must be passionate, accepting of change, and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Prospect and generate new leads for PAI retail services.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to find and win new business.
  • Assist with creating and managing proposals and RFPs for regional retail account opportunities.
  • Be accountable for achieving revenue goals.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop business plans and strategies, find key decision makers, achieve key performance indicators, and stay within budget limits.
  • Keep sales forecasts, opportunities, and activities accurate, complete, and updated in Salesforce.
  • Perform related duties as business needs come up, within your scope of practice.

The skills needed for success in the Account Executive, Small Retail Placement role include:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between 25% - 35% annually.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • ATM Sales and/or B2B Services Sales is preferred.

Computer / Applications Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PAI Reports is a plus.

Supervisory / Management Duties

  • The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.
