🎯 What You'll Do:
- Be the face of Retraced in the UK market, working with your SDR to identify and contact key decision-makers.
- Showcase our services and help customers achieve their sustainability goals.
- Become an expert on key players in the fashion/textiles supply chain.
- Build strong networks and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging client content.
- Gather client feedback to improve our product offerings.
- Represent Retraced at conferences and events.
- Craft compelling sales pitches and materials.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Explore creative ways to reach target customers.
💪 What We're Looking For:
- Several years of B2B outbound sales experience (SaaS/Software preferred).
- Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Experience within the fashion industry.
- Full English fluency (written and spoken).
- A passion for making a positive impact.
- Experience in supply chain or sustainability sales (a plus).
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and lead generation platforms.
- Meticulous CRM data management skills.
- Willingness to travel to clients and events (sometimes internationally).
- Tech-savvy (understanding of our product is essential).
- Excellent research and communication skills (phone and in-person).
- Motivated, ambitious, and competitive.
- Ideally located near our office (though remote work is possible).
