๐Ÿคย What You'll Do


As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Finexio customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services. You'll build strong relationships, manage projects, and drive increased product adoption.


๐Ÿ’กย What We're Looking For


  • 5+ years in a customer-facing, account management role in the payments industry
  • Proven track record of managing clients, increasing product adoption, and handling escalations
  • Ability to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Positive attitude, ability to manage customer expectations, and strong persuasion skills
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours occasionally (approx. 25% travel)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; prior startup experience is a plus

๐Ÿ’ชย Responsibilities


  • Own the success of your assigned Finexio customers, including program management, account and relationship management, and expanding the footprint of solutions within each customer
  • Focus on customer retention and revenue opportunities through new solutions, projects, and electronic payments
  • Keep a pulse on your customer portfolio and be able to articulate key goals and business needs
  • Proactively communicate internally and externally to ensure customer needs are met
  • Understand your customers' immediate, short-term, and long-term business needs to protect, retain, and increase revenue
  • Provide industry insights and best practices to your assigned customers quarterly
  • Promote new Finexio solutions to your assigned customers
  • Analyze customer volumes and provide feedback on potential new electronic suppliers
  • Influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback through participation in Product Meetings
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, Statement of Work (SOW) and RFP/RFI responses, certifications, audits, etc.
