TheΒ Account ManagerΒ is a key player in driving growth and fostering strong customer relationships. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve territory New Insurance Written (NIW) goals.

What You'll Do:

  • 🎯 Plan and put into action growth strategies to hit territory New Insurance Written (NIW) targets.
  • πŸ“ž Maintain a regular communication plan to make sure all customer needs are addressed.
  • 🀝 Develop a deep understanding of your customer's organization, including its structure and key decision-makers, to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • 🧠 Gain a thorough understanding of your customers' Mortgage Insurance ordering process and build relationships with individuals influencing the choice of MI provider.
  • πŸ—£οΈ Present Genworth's value proposition in a way that's clear and compelling, highlighting how it aligns with customer needs.
  • 🀝 Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues and take ownership to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • πŸ“Š Utilize Genworth's sales analytics and reporting tools regularly.
  • 🀝 Actively contribute to weekly sales meetings and get ready for monthly territory reviews.
  • πŸ“ˆ Effectively oversee the productivity and pricing structure of Onsite Underwriters.
  • 🀝 Guide and mentor Account Executives assigned to your territory to boost new business and sales efficiency.

πŸ’ͺΒ What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • πŸ’ΌΒ 4+ yearsΒ of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • πŸŽ“ 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 🎯 Demonstrated ability to consistently reach or surpass challenging production targets.
  • 🀝 Ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all organizational levels.
  • 🧠 Ability to devise, communicate, and implement solutions to customer-related issues.
  • πŸ—£οΈ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • 🎀 Excellent presentation skills for both small and large (50+) audiences.
  • πŸ’» Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • πŸ’» Preferred experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales platform.
  • 🀝 Strong negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills.
  • πŸ”„ Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • πŸ“… Ability to work flexible hours and travel overnight regularly.

  • πŸ’ΌΒ 4+ yearsΒ of sales experience in the Mortgage or Financial Services industry.
  • πŸ’ΌΒ 2+ yearsΒ of Mortgage banking and/or mortgage insurance experience.
