About the Role:
🚀 We're searching for a high-performing Account Manager to boost our North American market share within the Snacks sector (confectionery, bars, and cereals). This is a remote role, ideal for a self-starter passionate about growth.
What You'll Do:
- 🎯 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals.

- 🤝 Be the face of Kerry, understanding customer needs and leveraging our expertise to help them succeed.
- 🗣 Advocate for customers within Kerry, shaping our go-to-market strategy.
- 💪 Defend and expand our existing customer base.
- 💡 Identify and manage growth opportunities through market research and insights.
- 🤝 Lead negotiations with customers in the savory and sweet snacks market.
- 🤝 Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- 📈 Manage a robust pipeline of growth opportunities, converting leads into wins.
What You'll Need:
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree (business, science, or engineering preferred).
- 💼 5+ years of food ingredient sales experience, specifically in flavors, seasonings, or colors for snacks.
- 💪 Proven track record of business development in the snacks market.
- 💻 Tech-selling skills, commercial acumen, and financial understanding.

Compensation:
💰 $89,175 - $134,983 annually (based on experience and qualifications). Plus, a comprehensive benefits package including incentives, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contributions (eligibility requirements apply).
