💪 What You'll Do:

• Manage accounting functions and supervise the accounting team.
• Guarantee accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial data, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve business objectives.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience.
• CPA Certification: A plus, but not a requirement.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with NetSuite or a similar accounting system is essential.
• Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to supervise a team, including Senior Accountants, managing accounts payable, sales tax, and franchise payments.
• System Management: Experience managing NetSuite system uploads.
• Payroll Oversight: Experience overseeing the payroll function.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: Experience managing month-end close processes and reviewing financial statements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
