🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage accounting functions and lead the accounting team.
• Guarantee accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate accounting.
• CPA: While a CPA certification is a plus, it's not a requirement.
• Software Proficiency: Experience working with NetSuite or a comparable accounting system is essential.
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to supervise a Senior Accountant, manage accounts payable, sales tax, and franchise payments.
• System Management: Manage NetSuite system uploads.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll function.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: Manage month-end close procedures and financial statement reviews.
• Communication: Possess excellent communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented.
