💼 What's the Role About?
You'll be working with internal stakeholders to ensure our processes are running smoothly and meeting our performance and quality standards.
💪 What You'll Do?
- Process cash remittance applications (cash allocation) daily.
- Prepare reports detailing balances due or outstanding customer payments.
- Support AR aging analysis by examining account holder balance statements.
- Prepare credit/collection reports.
- Collaborate with other Finance teams (like the GL team) to provide support to colleagues.
- Provide feedback to your line manager.
- Execute month-end tasks for your assigned market, including AR reconciliations, reports, aging analysis, and booking AR entries/documents.
- Propose process improvements and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
- Participate in and lead team projects when needed.
🔍 What We're Looking For?
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of customer billing concepts and O2C processes
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology
