What You'll Do

Lead Consultant: Guide clients through the intricate world of pension plan risk management, crafting budget plans, cost-cutting strategies, and plan design analyses.

Team Leader: Drive revenue management, oversee budgeting, and orchestrate team operations.

Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to expert for internal and external clients on all things actuarial.

Business Development: Help us grow! Contribute to proposal responses, attend conferences, and build a strong professional network.

Data Security: Safeguard confidential information, ensuring compliance with our strict security protocols.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, or a related field.

Certifications: ASA, EA designations, FSA strongly preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in pension consulting, project management, and staff management.

Expertise: Experience with public sector and/or church plans preferred; familiarity with Florida Chapters 112, 175, and 185 is especially desirable.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills, including client consulting and presentations.

Remote Work: A dedicated workspace and internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.
