Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division, FreeWheel, provides full adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Job Summary

This is an in-territory Northern MA or New Hampshire in-person sales role, not 100% virtual.

Are you energized by face-to-face conversations, passionate about local sports, and excited by the power of streaming TV? We are looking for a Sales Account Executive who thrives in the field—meeting with business owners, attending community events, and helping local brands get noticed in all the right places.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and keeping up a group of local clients and agencies, offering them targeted advertising solutions that reach their ideal customers. From premium placements in top local sporting events to high-effect streaming TV campaigns, you will help businesses connect with their communities in meaningful ways.

This is an outdoor, in-person role. You will be out in the market, building relationships, finding opportunities, and delivering results. You will offer a mix of full-market, zone-based, and zip code-level strategies to help small and mid-sized businesses advertise efficiently and effectively within their retail trading areas, all while working toward set sales goals with the support of a collaborative team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Your main focus will be prospecting and closing new business. While keeping a base of existing clients, you will spend the majority of your time out in the field—meeting with business owners, finding opportunities, and driving growth through face-to-face contact and strategic media planning.
  • Analyze, develop, and present market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products.
  • Help develop marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue.
  • Interact with various internal departments to carry out client needs such as scheduling advertising; monitor account activities and monitor and manage collections.
  • Keep up-to-date customer and prospect records and take part in developing sales forecasts.
  • Complete required paperwork and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.
  • Find new customers by continuously prospecting, following the Company's planned sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze confidential information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas, and general correspondence.
  • Consistent use of independent judgment and discretion in matters of importance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
