πŸš€Β The Role:

As our Affiliate Manager 2, you'll use your creativity, organization, and strategic thinking to help us succeed. You'll leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to creatively recruit affiliates for the HighLevel program. Your strong communication skills and marketing tech knowledge will be key to expanding our largest customer acquisition channel.

🎯 What You'll Do:

  • Track affiliate program growth using KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop and implement affiliate recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and target high-potential affiliates.
  • Create personalized strategies for existing affiliates to meet quarterly goals.
  • Ensure sponsored and endorsed affiliates meet contractual obligations.
  • Manage affiliate landing pages and offers.
  • Attend in-person events (travel may be required).
  • Assist with event duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

πŸ’ͺΒ What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, Affiliate/JV management, or Business Development.
  • Understanding of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel software.
  • Experience with or ability to learn various CRM systems.
  • Preferred:Β Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
