🎯 The Role:

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in driving sales and growth for our Pregnancy & Parenting brands (What to Expect and BabyCenter). You'll develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across various channels, including email, push notifications, and app messaging. This role requires collaboration with editorial, product, and email marketing teams.

Responsibilities: 💼

• Strategy Development: Help create marketing strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. Contribute fresh ideas to expand partnerships and explore new affiliate opportunities within the parenting niche.
• Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate campaigns across various channels. Work with the editorial team to create a content calendar for relevant shopping content. Collaborate with other teams to optimize performance and set benchmarks (conversion rates, average order value, etc.). Develop service-focused affiliate campaigns (Finance, Travel, Mental Health) to drive new revenue.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing regular insights to stakeholders. Partner with data analytics to understand business trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and best practices to inform growth strategies.

Qualifications: 📚

• Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Education: BA degree or equivalent.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization). Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Amazon Associates, Impact, CJ, Rakuten) is a plus. Experience at an affiliate publisher or a pregnancy/parenting brand is beneficial.
• Personality: Self-starter, process-improvement focused.
