The Role: Driving Growth in LNG & Engineered Pumps 🚀

As our Aftermarket Segment Sales Manager, you'll be a key player in expanding our business within the Americas. Working closely with the Director of Aftermarket Sales, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and develop winning sales strategies for LNG and engineered pumps. You'll be responsible for establishing strong business relationships, implementing growth strategies, and exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Territory Management: Manage all sales activities within your assigned territory, building a strong pipeline of prospects and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and maximizing value.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product expert, effectively showcasing our offerings and addressing client inquiries.
  • Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to understand competition, customer preferences, and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the regional market.
  • Sales Reporting: Track, record, and report on sales performance using Salesforce, forecasting future sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and customer service to achieve sales objectives and enhance the client experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Training: Participate in and potentially lead sales training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients, finalizing contracts and agreements.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Nikkiso's values and products at industry events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus. Relevant coursework in project management, marketing, or finance is beneficial.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience in the LNG market and cryogenic equipment. A proven track record of sales growth is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), strategic thinking, project management, technical proficiency (CRM systems, sales tools), problem-solving, attention to detail, relationship-building, market research, and results-oriented approach. A customer-centric mindset and excellent time management skills are crucial.
  • Language: Professional English language proficiency is required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This role generally involves working in an office setting but may require travel to client sites, production facilities, or industrial/construction job sites. The ability to lift up to 42 lbs may be required. Overtime may be necessary.
