The Conseil Départemental de l'Essonne is recruiting for its Transport and Mobility Directorate (DTM), specifically its Mobility Aid Service (SAM):

An administrative management assistant for mobility aid (administrative assistant job category)

This position is part of the Mobility Aid Service (SAM) team, responsible for two major areas:

  • Améthyste scheme: transport passes for 17,000 beneficiaries with an annual budget of €3.2 million.
  • School transport aid: over 27,000 Essonne middle school students with €5.3 million.

The service consists of 4 administrative management assistants for the Améthyste scheme (including the position to be filled), 2 user/partner relations officers for school aid, and 1 service manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to mobility aid schemes.
  • Process transport passes for beneficiaries.
  • Handle school transport aid applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative management, ideally within public administration.
  • Meticulous, methodical, and rigorous.
  • Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent public service ethos and interpersonal skills for effective and courteous communication.
  • Ability to report effectively while respecting confidentiality.
  • Organized and able to work autonomously, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with adaptability to different stakeholders.

Conditions

  • Position based in Evry, available from June 1, 2025.
  • Job category: Administrative Assistants.
  • Employment type: Primarily statutory, otherwise contractual.
  • Working hours: 39 hours per week, 50 days of leave.
  • Compensation: Statutory salary + compensatory allowance + annual bonuses + employer contribution to mutual insurance and provident fund + 75% contribution to transport pass + facilitated access to training and CNAS access.
  • Remote work possible depending on service organization and after an adaptation period.
