🚀 The Role

• Advise clients: Guide clients on agile methodologies within their projects and share your agile expertise.
• Support Transformations: Help clients transition from traditional to agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
• Implement Agile Processes: Integrate agile practices into daily workflows.
• Team Collaboration: Be part of an agile team or support multiple teams in adopting Scrum/Kanban.
• Knowledge Sharing: Educate all stakeholders on agile principles.
• Training & Development: Create and deliver training materials on Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Lean Change.

💪 What We're Looking For

• Experience: Several years of consulting and coaching experience in agile methodologies within client projects.
• Transformation Expertise: Proven success in supporting traditional-to-agile transformations and/or implementing agile methods.
• Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
• Leadership Presence: Confidence interacting with management-level stakeholders.
• Broad Skillset: Solid understanding of classical project management, business organization, process management, and change management.
• Facilitation Skills: Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and engage teams.
• Hands-on Approach: A practical, results-oriented mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in German and English.

💰 Compensation

Gross monthly salary starting at €4,700, depending on qualifications, experience, and chosen salary model.
