AI Native Growth Marketer β Remote (Portugal)
About the Company
Codvo is an engineering services company focused on AI and data. The firm builds enterprise AI systems, agentic workflows, and vertical solutions for industries such as healthcare, retail, mortgage, and legal. This role reports to the CRO or Head of Growth and focuses on using AI to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the top of the funnel and use AI to increase execution speed.
- Generate 10 to 15 qualified meetings and 5 to 7 sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month.
- Source over $1M in pipeline per quarter from target accounts.
- Design AI workflows for market research, account analysis, and outbound sequences.
- Use tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify look-alike accounts and map buying groups.
- Create tailored versions of marketing offers based on specific roles, industries, and business needs.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Document sequences, cadences, and insights into playbooks for the sales development team.
- Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICP) and priority segments in collaboration with Sales.
- Run multi-touch outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Turn case studies and technical wins into clear offers and simple landing pages.
- Maintain dashboards for meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Manage automation and journeys within CRM and marketing platforms like Zoho or HubSpot.
- Ensure account and contact data remains clean for effective scoring and personalization.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Experience working in professional services, SaaS, or the data and AI sector.
- A proven track record of meeting numeric targets for meetings and pipeline generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency with prospecting and enrichment tools including Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to use basic analytics and dashboards, such as CRM reports or Google Analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills for email and LinkedIn that are clear and value-led.
- Ability to translate technical AI and data concepts into business value.
- High level of ownership with the ability to plan, execute, and adjust tasks independently.
