AI Senior Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Coordinate between internal consulting teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure projects meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) based on project needs.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project delivery.
• At least 3 years in a professional services environment (e.g., Big 4, system integrators, software houses).
• Proven experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and matrixed teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Master’s degree.
• PMP / Agile certifications.
• Experience in delivering Data and AI-related projects is a significant advantage.
