You will develop AI systems that understand, decide, and act on business processes. The focus here is on robust LLM/Agent solutions that process content, retrieve knowledge, and trigger controlled actions:

• End-to-end development of production-ready AI features: Backend services, orchestration (Router, MCP, AI Functions, n8n), and clean APIs.
• RAG pipelines & Search: Embeddings, BM25, meaningful chunking, guardrails, and quality controls.
• Secure tool/function-calling flows with "Human-in-the-Loop" for approvals on write paths.
• Solutions in the Amazon environment: Listing quality, search engine optimization, keyword management, competitor/price monitoring, KPI monitoring, and anomaly alarms.
• MLOps & Quality: Systematic evaluations (prompts/models), monitoring, A/B tests, and observability.
• Integration of data sources/platforms: Stable connections to SAP APIs, Amazon Selling Partner API, SocialHub, Jira; data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and SQL.
• Security & Compliance: Data protection (personal data, GDPR), confidentiality/secrets, role-based access, and auditability.

Das bringst du mit

• You have several years of experience in software engineering (backend focus) and product practice with AI/LLM applications.
• Very good practical skills in Python and TypeScript (Node.js) distinguish you.
• You are confident in handling the OpenAI API (tool-calling, costs/rate limits, evaluations) as well as experience with LLM training/finetuning.
• You have sound knowledge in RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval tuning.
• You are familiar with the Amazon ecosystem (SP-API, Buy Box) as well as topics like listing quality and search engine optimization.
• You are proficient in API and data craftsmanship: REST and modern remote interfaces, modern authentication/authorization procedures (e.g., OAuth 2.0, token-based), clean error/retry strategies, SQL, and data preparation with data frames.
• You have routine in Testing & Delivery: contemporary test frameworks, CI/CD, Docker; cloud experience (AWS/Azure) as well as logging/metrics/tracing.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Your experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Time-Series/Forecasting, OCR/NLP, and responsible web scraping/automation is desirable.
