ALBANIAN-ENGLISH OVER-THE-PHONE INTERPRETERS - Join our Global Team! 🌐
Are you passionate about languages and interpretation? We're seeking professional remote interpreters to join our international company and make a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
- Always be prepared to take notes during calls.
- Gain familiarity with specific industry vocabulary, especially in healthcare and medical fields.
- Participate in internal professional training.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in obtaining new professional certifications.
- Communicate effectively and report to your team leader.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level in both English and Albanian (target language).
- 1+ years of experience as an interpreter.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
- Hold relevant international certifications in the healthcare industry (PICSI).
- High school diploma in your native language.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and tolerance for diverse cultures.
- Possess excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
Technical Requirements: (Fully Remote Position)
- Mac or any model with macOS 10.13 or Windows 10 or newer, with Pentium or I3 processor.
- 4 GB RAM Minimum (8GB recommended).
- Excellent ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed). Internet speed of 4Mbps Download/Upload.
- Noise-canceling wired USB headsets.
