๐ย The Role:
This role is all about client success and building lasting relationships. You'll oversee operations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Think of it as being the captain of your client's Amazon journey!
๐ฏย Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
- Track client progress (30, 60, 90-day milestones).
- Identify and resolve client pain points.
- Lead retention efforts: propose solutions, negotiate contracts, and suggest upgrades/upsells.
- Monitor client satisfaction via quarterly surveys.
- Recommend strategic improvements for clients.
- Ensure client requirements are met and contracts are fulfilled on time.
- Lead your team, driving strategy and innovative ideas.
- Create daily social media posts (2 hours/week).
- Host a weekly podcast (1 hour/week) or participate in a partner's podcast (video recordings are also an option).
- Deeply understand clients' businesses, competition, and marketing goals to effectively address challenges.
- Regularly monitor and report on client performance, ensuring goals are met.
- Conduct Account and Onboarding Audits.
- Complete bi-weekly Board Reviews (Design Tiers, Client Board workload, task completion times, task progression, Brand Manager milestone progress).
- Communicate any necessary callouts to your Brand Manager.
- Maintain updated ClickUp profiles.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure team completes training videos.
- Oversee Amazon Audits and the Amazon Assist Desk.
- Keep Amazon PODs informed of their monthly churn.
- Foster clear communication between Account Managers and clients.
๐ชย What We're Looking For:

Essential:ย 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (flat files, inventory management, FBA, reinstatement, case filing, PPC advertising, brand registry, basic SEO, Helium10, keyword research). You don't need to be an expert inย everything, but familiarity and a willingness to learn are key.

Highly Preferred:ย 2+ years of agency experience. You'll need to handle multiple demands and prioritize effectively.

Essential:ย 2+ years of management experience (direct reports, team leadership, hiring, performance management).

Essential:ย Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, multitasking effectively.

Essential:ย Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp (or similar).
