🧑‍💼 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Technical Support
  • Comfortable with APIs and able to support multiple applications.
  • Proficient in technical analysis.
  • Keep a close eye on new tickets and alerts.
  • Replicate the behavior of issues using test devices and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about ticketing concerns, activities, and urgent tasks.
  • Explore all available resources (external and internal) for research.
  • Contribute to side projects, tool automation, and team innovation.
  • Participate in regular training programs and learning sessions to enhance your skills.

💪 Skills

• Android/Java
• Experience with APIs (REST-based or similar libraries)
• Strong Critical Thinking and Problem Solving abilities

🗣️ Languages

• Portuguese (C1)
• English (C1)
• Spanish (C1)

📍 Location The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal with an expectation of being onsite 3 times per week, with the possibility of increasing to 5 days per week in the future.
