The Role: Application Developer 🧑‍💻

We're searching for a skilled Application Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. You'll work both independently and collaboratively within a team, requiring minimal supervision.

What You'll Do:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into application features.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to define specifications for new applications.
• Design creative prototypes based on specifications.
• Write high-quality source code to develop complete applications on time.
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Update and add new features to existing applications.
• Create technical documents and handbooks to detail application design and code.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Application Developer.
• Experience in designing and building applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java (J2EE)).
• Strong understanding of programming for various operating systems and platforms, utilizing relevant development tools.
• Excellent grasp of software design and programming principles.
• Teamwork skills and excellent communication.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field (MSc/MA preferred).
• Application developer certification (a plus).
