Application Servers N3/N4 Experts (Jboss, Tomcat)

👋 About the Company BPCE Infogérance & Technologies, a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, focuses on infrastructure, security, and production. They're looking for skilled individuals to join their dynamic team in Porto, Portugal, providing support for their 100+ Applicative Production Teams.

🖥️ The Role This role involves providing expert-level support for Application Servers, primarily focusing on N3/N4 environments. You'll be a key part of the Application Servers Team, contributing to the industrial delivery of solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of their internal cloud platform (MyCloud).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve incidents and problems related to N3/N4 environments.
• Gather requirements and contribute to specifications.
• Conduct technical analysis and detailed studies based on existing design standards.
• Develop test sets, perform testing, and address malfunctions.
• Develop, test, and deliver software components; write and update documentation.
• Provide corrective and upgradeable maintenance for software components.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders, as needed.

🔎 What We're Looking For Qualifications and Hard Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as WebSphere Application servers, IHS, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, JBoss, IIS, ARR, and Datagrid.
• Technical expertise in areas like Containers (Openshift), Network architectures & protocols, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Java, and Python.
• Good understanding of XLD/XLR, Agents AppDynamics, Zabbix, and ELK.
• On-call availability is required.
• Willingness to travel to France is a must.

🤝 Soft Skills:

• English (B2 minimum) is required.
• French (B2 minimum) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and synthesis abilities.
• Team player.

• French language skills (B2 or higher).
