About the Role 💼

As a Merchandiser on our Field Sales team (a key part of Dyson's Benelux Sales Department), you'll be the Area Manager's right hand, boosting product sales in stores and raising brand awareness. Based in the South West Netherlands, you'll collaborate closely with your team, leveraging your practical approach and relationships to execute Dyson's sales strategy. This role requires regular weekend and occasional evening work; the standard work week is Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Drive regional sales growth, identifying opportunities with the Area Manager.
• Support overall sales performance across all stores in your region.
• Gather and analyze field data and market trends to identify improvement areas.
• Present weekly field insights from your area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and managers.
• Work in-store during peak times, demonstrating best practices.
• Ensure consistent high-quality execution of Dyson's retail strategy.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations & activation team for optimal execution.
• Conduct in-store training sessions for retail staff and demonstrators (especially for new product launches).
• Assist with training and onboarding days.
• Merchandise stores with appropriate POS materials and planograms.
• Maintain clean, organized, and easily shoppable Dyson displays.

• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
