What You'll Do

• Support and inspire team members, helping them reach their full potential.
• Develop business skills to potentially become a General Manager in the future.
• Serve as a role model for team members, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.
• Handle challenging situations with customers and other matters in the service center with professionalism and grace.
• Work and support our leads generation program with digital marketing, including performance marketing and funnel management.

What You'll Need

• 3 years of experience as a Service Manager.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

• You'll be responsible for compliance, privacy, risk assessment, and the execution of agreements.
• This is a remote position based in Rapid City, SD.
