What You'll Do
- Support and inspire team members, helping them reach their full potential.
- Develop business skills to potentially become a General Manager in the future.
- Serve as a role model for team members, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.
- Handle challenging situations with customers and other matters in the service center with professionalism and grace.
- Work and support our leads generation program with digital marketing, including performance marketing and funnel management.
What You'll Need
- 3 years of experience as a Service Manager.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information
- You'll be responsible for compliance, privacy, risk assessment, and the execution of agreements.
- This is a remote position based in Rapid City, SD.
