🎨 The Role

As an Associate Analyst - Junior Designer, you'll be a key contributor to our Business Excellence & Transformation Consulting Team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a global team.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on creating impactful internal and external communication and marketing materials.
• Support the expansion of a new and growing global business unit.
• Participate in team meetings to understand communication material goals.
• Propose creative design optimizations and approaches.
• Communicate design choices effectively to project team members.
• Create compelling layouts, designs, and graphics for PowerPoint presentations and client pitches.
• Design and structure responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Maintain engaging and visually appealing content on internal SharePoint, including designs for sections and news articles.
• Collaborate with the Global Go-to-Market team on marketing materials.

💪 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud (UX/UI and Communication Design focus).
• Passion for design and creating engaging presentations.
• Ability to work effectively remotely and independently.
• Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
