The Role: 💼

• Develop compelling case themes that surpass plaintiff attempts at eliciting sympathy or anger.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all experience levels.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced attorneys.

What We're Looking For: 🤔

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active California Bar license.
• 1-8 years of litigation experience, including litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of case handling, including discovery and trial.
• Experience in insurance defense matters is preferred.
• Proficiency in time management systems and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
