We're looking for a growth-minded Associate Director to lead and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team. (Note: Internally titled Associate Director, Revenue Operations)
🚀 The Role:

Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a team of 3-6 Marketing Operations Strategists.

Client Success: Directly communicate with clients (VP level and above), building strong relationships to foster renewals and expansion.

Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue cross-selling/upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.

Martech Expertise: Become proficient in multiple marketing and sales technology platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and advise clients on best practices.

Project Management: Own projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Team Development: Provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.

Strategic Planning: Participate in project scoping for new opportunities and contribute to team strategy.
🎯 What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years managing high-performing Marketing Operations teams.

Technical Skills: Admin-level expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients.
