The Role 💼

This field-based Associate Sales Representative position, ideally located in Jacksonville, FL, covers North Florida to Orlando. You'll be a key player in the CMF division, working closely with experienced sales professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with senior representatives to build your sales expertise and product knowledge.
• Receive comprehensive training and engage in independent study to excel in operating room settings.
• Represent Stryker as an industry leader, showcasing our innovative solutions.
• Identify and promote products that improve patient lives.
• Develop your own business by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Assist in resource allocation to achieve sales objectives (educational programs, product development, sales strategies).
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing CMF team culture.

What You Need:

• Required: Bachelor's degree; comfort in emergency and operating room environments; personal vehicle for transportation and product delivery; strong organizational skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities; resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred: 1+ years of B2B sales experience; knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques; proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel: Up to 90% (including some weekends and overnight travel).
