πΒ The Role: Associate/Senior Associate - Customer Excellence & Medical Solution
This role is all about providing top-tier support to our European Medical Information Services. You'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Lilly, answering medical and pharmaceutical questions from healthcare professionals and patients. This involves:
Responsibilities:
- Providing timely, professional, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
- Meticulously documenting all interactions in our systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handling adverse events and product complaints according to established procedures.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes.
- Maintaining and expanding your knowledge of Lilly products and the healthcare landscape.
- Supporting the team in managing unexpected absences or high call volumes.
- Participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
- Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
π―Β What We're Looking For:

Education:Β Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. Experience in medical sales is also considered.

Background:Β Experience in healthcare, medical affairs, clinical development, scientific communications, or a related field is a plus. A strong understanding of national healthcare systems is beneficial.

Languages:Β Fluent English and native-level French are essential.
