🎯 The Role:

As a Strategy & Business Development Associate, you'll contribute across various areas, including:

• Managing sales pipelines and building client relationships.
• Crafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Executing lead generation strategies and conducting market research.
• Collaborating with internal teams on project planning and information handoffs.
• Qualifying leads and conducting initial client communication.
• Developing target account lists and marketing campaigns.
• Providing administrative support to the Business Development team.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced consulting environment (client services, business development, account management, or client-facing strategy roles preferred).
• Ability to quickly grasp business concepts and client needs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals (5-7 figures).
• Strong understanding of modern technology and digital trends.
• Excellent research, documentation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and persistence.
• Experience creating proposals and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for continuous learning and growth.
