🚀 What You'll Do
You'll team up with CPA firms, ranging from small local businesses to top 100 firms, to support various clients. Here are some things you might be doing:

Audits: Perform thorough audits of client financial records, making sure everything follows the rules and accounting principles.

Analysis: Dive into financial statements and records to find any discrepancies, errors, or potential problems.

Process Improvement: Help clients improve their financial processes and controls to be more accurate, efficient, and compliant.

Reporting: Create detailed audit reports outlining your findings and recommendations.

Client Communication: Talk with clients about audit goals, get more information, and explain your findings.

Stay Up-to-Date: Keep your knowledge fresh with the latest regulatory changes, accounting standards, and best practices.
✅ What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in audit review and compliance, specifically working with top 400 accounting firm clients.

Certification: CPA required.

Software Skills: Experience with CaseWare, CCH Engagement, and AdvanceFlow.

Audit Type Experience: Experience with employee benefit plan (401K), non-profit, government, yellowbook, construction, or general audits.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Knowledge: Strong grasp of auditing principles, standards, GAAP, IFRS, and regulations.

Skills: Sharp eye for detail, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication (written and verbal).

Abilities: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, adapt to changes, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Availability: At least 20 hours per week.
